In response to shifts in supply chain, an ever evolving ecosystem, we have collaborated with growers at Supima®, an American-grown, extra-long staple cotton, in addition to our ongoing partnership with the Texas Organic Cotton Marketing Cooperative and our growers in India. Maintaining the "hyper-local" supply chain as much as possible for our medium-weight cotton jersey is the result of years of work aimed at providing responsibility, sustainability, and transparency. Colors are named to indicate cotton stock: Colors ending in "-SP" are crafted from American-grown, extra-long staple Supima® cotton. A premium cotton that makes up less than 1% of the international cotton supply, Supima® is celebrated for its softness, color retention, and unmatched strength, due to the nature of its extra-long staple fibers. There are roughly 500 family-owned farms across California, Texas, and Arizona, and New Mexico that specialize in growing this unique cotton. Colors ending in "-OG" are 100% organic cotton that is grown and ginned in Texas, spun in North Carolina, and knit and dyed in South Carolina through our partnership with the Texas Organic Cotton Marketing Cooperative. Since 2004, we have had the privilege of working with certified organic growers in Texas to cultivate organic cotton fabrics, beloved for their soft hand and lasting quality. Colors ending in “-IO” are 100% organic cotton that is grown and ginned in India, and knit and dyed in the Carolinas.
